​Thank you for choosing to promote "The 5 Foot Farm", our innovative new product. Please carefully review the following Terms of Service before initiating any promotional activities.

All affiliate advertising must comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to:

Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”)

Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”)

Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines

FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”)

National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau

​Affiliates, regardless of their country of domicile, must ensure full compliance with these legal standards. Advertising content must not be deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise non-compliant.

Before and After Photos and Testimonials: Affiliates are prohibited from using any 5FootFarm before and after photos or user testimonials in their promotions. Affiliates may purchase and use the product themselves or with a friend and provide an honest review based on personal experience.

Negative Terminology: Affiliates must not use terms such as “scam,” “fraud,” or similar negative terminology in paid ads, landing pages, review pages, social media platforms, or any webpages appearing in organic search results.

Incentives and Bonuses: Affiliates are not permitted to offer customer incentives for purchasing 5FootFarm, including cash rebates or third-party bonus offers.

Imagery and Videos: Affiliates may not use images or videos they do not own, including 5FootFarm sales videos (in whole or in part), or any imagery implying personal endorsements (celebrity or otherwise) without written consent from both the endorsing individual and 5FootFarm.

Press Releases: Affiliates are prohibited from publishing or distributing press releases about 5FootFarm on any platform, website, printed media, or press release service.

​Branded Products and Apps: Affiliates may not create or distribute apps, reports, books, recipes, or other products branded with the 5FootFarm name, whether for sale or giveaway. Affiliates must not represent any product created by themselves or others as an official 5FootFarm product.

Google Advertising: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running ads on Google AdWords or any Google property, regardless of the keywords used.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Affiliates running PPC campaigns on other networks may not bid on keywords containing “5FootFarm” or “5FootFarm.com”, alone or in combination with other words (including “review”). Additionally, the terms “5FootFarm” or “5FootFarm.com” must not appear in PPC ad content.

Retail and Auction Sites: Affiliates may not promote 5FootFarm on retail sites, auction sites, or app stores such as Amazon, eBay, Google Store, iTunes, Craigslist, Kijiji, or similar platforms.

​Direct Linking: Affiliates are prohibited from bypassing 5FootFarm's official pages to generate orders. Direct linking to cart or order forms from ads or landing pages is not permitted. Customers must view the official 5FootFarm offer before reaching the cart.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with 5FootFarm. Any promotional webpage, social media page, or account must:

Identify itself as a review page.

Include the word “REVIEW” in the title, URL, and any graphics used in cover or profile images.

Clarify that the affiliate is being compensated for the review.

​This requirement applies to all online entities, including blogs, webpages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their advertising complies with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service. 5FootFarm is not responsible for approving affiliate ads. Affiliates must have all advertising content legally reviewed for compliance.

​Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 5FootFarm from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from violations or alleged violations of these terms.

Any affiliate found violating these Terms of Service will be immediately banned without prior notice and will be ineligible for reinstatement.
